Smile, it's painless!

My book is driving me crazy. The topics keep running around in my head, shouting things about themselves that should be included. They're all talking at once and I can't pin any one of them down long enough to catch what it wants to say. Thus, I have scads of notes with bits of information all waiting to be made whole and understandable by the average Mac computer novice.

Where's that "blank" that other writers talk about?
