Smile, it's painless!

How do they know?
Why is it that whenever I get into the shower the phone rings? Take today, for instance, I got up a 9am and started right in working on my office. I paused briefly to eat, but kept at it all day. The phone did not ring once. Finally, at 3pm, driven by fatigue and personal odor, I stepped into the shower. No sooner had I lathered up than that persistant jangling started. I ignored it (that's what voice mail is for), it stopped and promptly began again. Finally it stopped for good, but there was no message and nothing on the caller ID. <grrr>

How do they know? Is there a tiny switch in the bathroom that is activated by water running in the shower and informs someone to call? Like on the Big Brother TV show, is there a camera in the room? If I could find it I'd dance a jig in front of it's lens before getting into the shower and break the little bugger!
