Smile, it's painless!

For the first time in years Gene and I went to the July 4th fireworks and for the first time in 7 years it didn't rain. Think it was just for us? When we got there the pre-show show was in full swing and I was excited to see a friend on the stage. Bill and his Tennesse Band were one of the headliners for the show. I first met Bill Gouley (Fiddlin' Bill) and his wife, Anita, when I worked at CompUSA as the Apple Computer Specialist. I hadn't seen them since they went on tour and didn't even know they were back in Ft. Myers. Anita and I talked a little (or tried to) during the show and Bill met me after he was finished. I teased him about being a celebrity (he groaned) and then posed with me so Gene could take our picture. I wanted Anita in it too, but she was hiding; she hates having her picture taken.

The fireworks were great and I took pictures and a video. I tried to get the video in here, but couldn't make it work.
